I'd like to propose that we recommend c:\laszlo\svn as the root? The instructions currently say:
"Create a directory to hold the source and tools you're about to install -- for example, C:\Laszlo on Windows, while on OS X and Linux, we like /home/$USER/src/svn."
Note that Mac and Linux have the extra "svn" directory, whereas Windows does not.
